I am very disappointed. I have been her patient for more than 25 years, even , when he did not take my insurance at some point, now he does. I called today to get information about the Covid-19 vaccine. The lady who answered my call was extremely rude. She told me that they do not know anything about the vaccine yet and if they have it she would have put it already, etc. It was a very uncomfortable conversation. Dr. Blanco should train his staff and make sure they are treating the patients nicely.
Stay away from this office. Very disrespectful staff who happen to be his wife and sister in law. I called requesting a prescription for my father and was told to pick up in the afternoon. When my father went they dismissed him and told him to call a different lab. When I called asking what happened his wife with a very nasty tone dismissed me and when I asked whom I was speaking to she yelled at me and asked for my name. She hung up on me. Dr. Blanco's staff is very unprofessional and don't know how to speak to patients. It's very unfortunate that Dr. Blanco allows the staff he has to work with him and treat his patients the way they do. The belittling and condescending tones are extremely uncalled for and the last way any one would like to be spoken to. Highly recommend staying away from here.
He’s a good doctor unfortunately his staff which is his wife and sister and law are extremely nasty nude and very unprofessional I was with blanco for 8 years he was my main doctor I’m not longer with him last time I was there 2018 his wife got nasty with me for no reason I don’t need to no one to des respect me for no reason that they was horrible she as well was extremely nasty rude loud to anothereldery lady that was there at the office.
My mother & I have always had a great experience with Dr. Edison Blanco. He actually treats you like a human being and not just a number. This place always has a very long wait time but its because he takes his time with you. Our only problem with this place is the staff. They really got to go! We use to go there for about 10+ years and every time without a fail, those girls have always been extremely rude. Due to the many rude encounters we have had we no longer go here anymore.
Very good Doctor i have been going to him from 16 years old and i am now 42 now. i think he really good he get really busy in the morning. Hint here make your appointment in the afternoon hes alot less busy then
Being a doctor is not only about the clinical knowledge and the experience.Being humble, personable, truly caring and compassionate are valuable and critical for the patients. Unfortunately, in this office there is no respect for the valuable time of patients, no communication and the delivery of crucial information for the wellbeing of a patient doesn't seem to be a priority or concern. Contacting the physician, pointless! You'll be insulted, yelled at, dismissed... all for your rights as a pt.
