Toro! – Have been eating in the Blanco for approximatley 30 years. Travel from Florida 2/3 times yearly, and Blanco is on the menu. The original Mexican Dinner was $1.99, and is still very moderately priced at $6.99. The hand-formed flour torillas are exceptional, and the cheese enchiladas are beyond description. I rate the food a 10, but do miss the velvet black Elvis paintings from years past.
