The BBQ is amazing!! Blanco BBQ catered my daughter's wedding and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for better caterers for this event. Try them....you won't regret it!!

Awesome BBQ!
Ok, this is a little bbq gem that needs to made known! After falling in love with their chopped bbq poorboy I wanted to shout from the roof top, "I'm in LOVE with Blanco BBQ!" And can I just say, the peach cobbler... WOW! The service of the employees fast & friendly, the restaurant was bright & inviting, but I could only give 4 stars because the ladies room left me disappointed, it isn't maintained and really needs to be on an hourly basis. But other than that, I LOVE BLANCO BBQ!! Buen Provecho!

My wife and sister in law had the bbq turkey dinner and I had the Poor Boy. The meat was cooked, but no flavoring. None of the meat had taste of any kind. We poured the BBQ sauce on it and it didn't have any taste or flavoring either. The beans and potato salad were very bland. I know the owner and he's a great guy, but the cooks needs to learn to season. Anyone who rates this restaurant above one star needs to go to other BBQ restaurants and try them for a comparison. Personally, think we'll stick to Rudy's.
