Excellent BBQ... great variety of domestic, import, and craft beers and ciders. Wine also available... meat is fresh and the staff is friendly...
The barbecue and service was excellent, I was in San Antonio visiting, I will definitely recommend everyone I know to attend if they are passing through are there visiting.

The BBQ was okay and the sides were alright. What wasn't alright were the peacock, turtle, and chicken in cages near the opening. I don't think animals should be out in metal cages on asphalt in 100+ weather.
I have enjoyed lunch here for over a year, Their food is tasty and I do recommend it.
I think the weakest part of Blanco BBQ is the sauce. Next time, maybe I'll bring in a bottle of Stubbs or Salt Lick
