It's great food friendly staff, good all around experience
One of our favorite places for BBQ in San Antonio. Thank you for honoring military active duty and retirees with your discounts. Had the marbled brisket, some creamed corn and okra. As usual, all were wonderful. Enjoy the sense of humor of the staff. They engage with every customer and respond according to your mood. Even the lady busing tables had a great attitude! Forgot to ring the bell on the way out so here's one big DING-A-LING for you all!

San Antonio TSA must really like your BBQ sauce. They took the bottle I packed in my carry-on luggage to bring home to Beloved Hubby and left the french perfume I forgot to put in the plastic quart bag with the other liquids..and the lighter my stepdaughter slipped in my bag! Your sauce is more dangerous than a sticklighter!
My food was like eating a bottle of lighter fluid. Please if your from southern family don't order the peach cobbler. Two thumbs down
Eat here often and consistently good! Staff is friendly and there is usually live music on the weekends. I recommend Blanco BBQ.
We ordered the brisket special and the brisket either was made in the oven or had been there so long it looked like it. The potato salad and green beans were good. My husband ordered the sausage and turkey and the sausage was ok. To make matters worse we witnessed a couple of employees going at it. A young lady pretty much was telling the guy (found out his name is Brian) to help out. He started telling her off saying he had not slept last night. Can't think of a worse bbq experience. Meat was dry and flavorless, bbq sauce sucked, and expensive.
