RecommendedI've had BBQ all over the USA including the much praised Lockhart, TX BBQ joints. IMHO, the brisket ribs and pulled pork at Blanco BBQ beat anything you will find anywhere. And unlike so may BBQ places, the menu includes many choices. Lots of good sides and a friendly staff. Fair prices too!
