I will NEVER come back here or recommend this place. First off when I came in nobody acknowledged me other than to look my way and continue their conversation. When I did get help as soon as I told the older lady that came to help me that I had an above ground intex pool her demeanor totally changed like she didn’t want to waste time dealing with me. Have been trying for over a month placing 4 calls to get my Jacuzzi serviced and service man Howard refuses to call me back.
Was having problems with algae in my pool and my filter. The owners called me FROM HOME and talked me off the ledge..and Mike came out the next day and made sure the problem was fixed! I couldnt be happier with their customer service, because Blanchettes knew I had a problem and made sure it got taken care of!! Top notch!!
Always buy my chemicals from here. Knowledgeable employees can always lend me advise when dealing with pool issues.
