*FOLLOW UP* Ended up having a very real infection. I have been on antibiotics for over 90 days now, due to the infection running rampant the entire time this office ignored me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The providers are really nice and care for the patients but the front reception absolutely sucks with communication. I understand a patient being late is delaying other patients, but just the way of communicating can be a lot better.
I think as licensed medical professionals, they are clearly capable of being competent, but it's seems nearly willfully that they aren't. Even more unfortunate, it seems to be endemic to the Blanchard Valley Health Systems network. I have been struggling to get healthy for over a month now, stemming from colitis which was discovered at ER, in a month where I had to go there 3 times, and I never go. They didn’t even bother to call me back! I tried to call to schedule an appointment and the nurse said they would call me back to schedule . That was 5 days ago. Horrible medical care. I am trying to get treatment for my gentians! Kinda important and when I call today they are “closed” way earlier than the online offfice hours read ! Despicable
We are very happy with treatment from Dr. Ebel, Very kind , patient and explained everything about procedure each time my husband saw him.
