Was very impressed with Dr Gregory Everett. He was new to me. As Dr Bundy retired and Patricia cut back her hour's. It's not easy to open up to someone new. But he made me feel comfortable right away. Plus a previous Dr from way back my first Dr he was also named Dr Everett. No relationship but the have the same caring manner. He is non-abrasive and he listens and just gives advice. He doesn't make you feel like you have no choice. I highly recommend him 🙂
Very poor and negative experience overall. I came in able to articulate my struggles which aligned 100% with ADHD. I was diagnosed in childhood and refused to take medication. I recently decided that I am open to seeing if I’d benefit. I’ve lived in Findlay my whole life and all my medical records should be on file. However, it seems they could not or did not access everything. I’m giving this place 1 star. My daughter had an appointment with Ann I called the day before to reschedule cause she was sick and throwing up. Got a call back that Ann won’t take her anymore cause she missed her appointment even though I did call and she was sick. I’ve never seen someone to refuse to see a client cause they had to reschedule for sickness. My dad just passed away and she really needed that appointment. Got sent to the referral line. I’m giving this place two stars for the simple fact that I had a wonderful provider here about a year ago but sadly he left the practice. Ever since then I’ve had nothing but trouble. I did in person and telehealth with the previously mentioned provider and never had an issue. With the new provider(s) I was given, it’s been a mess with missed appointments that were not my fault (connectivity, THEM telling me I was on the wrong link etc) Not worth your time especially if you wouldn’t like to be kicked out of the entirety of B... read more
Don't waste your time. Staff is not good and they lack empathy. Every stage from scheduling through appointments is a hassle.
