I went to the ER with neck and eye swelling and a headache. I couldn't move my head side to side and I couldn't move my eyes up or side to side without pain. They told me I had a "tension headache". I was light and noise sensitive as well. A week later I ended up losing consciousness at work and got transported. I brought my son in on February 23rd with a high fever, hallucinations, and a severe cough that was causing vomiting. He was not tested for anything and was simply diagnosed with bronchitis. He was given a steroid shot, prescribed an inhaler without a spacer (which is needed for small children to properly receive the medication), and sent home. Worst hospital i ever been to in my entire life I had covid and they just sent me on my way like it was nothing and the staff don’t know how to treat people
Very impressive staff and process in the BVH Emergency Room (Dec 1 and 2, 2025). Made a rough 24 hours much more tolerable. Every touch point with an employee was top level. In particular, I wanted to send a big thank you to Bethany (ER Nurse) who is absolutely fantastic!
