Years ago I went in for a cold and there was a very elderly man smoking a cigarette outside. I went in saw my doctor, and during my appointment he asked me how long I had smoked for. I was really confused and told him I didn’t smoke, he then told me how I smelled like smoke so therefore I was a smoker. I told him about the man outside and he didn’t believe me. The only word to clarify how you or your family would be treated, including how wonderful this whole team from Receptionist,Nurses, NP, And of course Doctor, they are GREAT! Three generations have been receiving care for eight years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This place made me an appointment then when I showed up tried to change all my meds instead of giving any kind off attention to my situation and then did not call any subscriptions into pharmacy I called left a message to complain they sent me a registered letter terminating our relationship. Do your job not that hard!!
Very pleased with Dr. Rioch and his nurse practitioners (Lyndsey, Tracy & Kristin) and the care they provide my family. The nurses & front desk staff are all friendly & helpful.
