We’ve been coming here for a couple years because we really like the optometrist, but today my wife and son were treated poorly by the staff in front after driving almost an hour to their appointments and we won’t be coming back. We had planned on keeping our whole family here, but poor customer service is not ideal.
Friendly and caring staff
Amazing doctor but don’t buy your glasses here spent 500$ on glasses one lens has defect took them back said it’s your eyes not the glasses.
This place was awesome. Made my son an appointment for what i thought was this place, walked in turns out wrong office. One staff member was condescending about it but I mean couldn't blame her. Everyone else was lovely from start to finish. Dr Young actually listened to my son and I feel like really did a good job hearing him out. 10/10 recommend
My family and I have been using Dr. Young for many years, even when we lived in Norman. He is professional and thorough, and it was worth the drive. We are local now and continue to enjoy Dr. Young and his staff. They have all been great for us.
