We have an older John Deere L110 Lawn Tractor. I called to set up a service and initially things seem to go well. I had made it clear that our little tractor had not been serviced properly in quite some time and that I wanted them to go over it thoroughly. Very welcoming service department, the service manager very personable and with a positive attitude; & they are dialed into using communication technology to keep you informed about your equipment being serviced. I had made a list of service needs & assessment requests in Google Keep before. When I arrived at their shop, they provided me with a dedicated phone number in order to communicate their assessment, photos and progress.
