Called to have them fix my John Deere riding lawnmower and they were polite and professional. Took it in and within a few days it was repaired. Great prices as they gave me couple of options to choose from. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future repairs.
This experience was disappointing. I have decided not to purchase John Deere products or utilize their repair services in the future. After waiting over two weeks for a resolution, I received a call requesting payment for the inspection and drop-off fees, which I found acceptable.
