I stopped by to purchase a set of mower blades. I had a few questions regarding my mower. The two gentlemen at the parts counter were more than delighted and did their best to guide to an acceptable resolution. Their friendliness and professionalism were none other than first class!

I needed parts for my John Deere tractor. I gave them all the information on my tractor. They looked it up in their system and they told me that it was not in stock. They would have to order the parts but I would have to pay for them in advance. I picked up the parts that they told me I needed and when I tried to use the parts they were not the correct ones and would not work. When I returned the parts they charge me a 25% restocking fee!
