My son and I love Bruce. He is professional and friendly, and his experience speaks for itself. I don't even see how he could be patronizing or rude.
I love this man. He was sent to evaluate our son in Deneer. Without talking to us first, he nailed the diagnosis on our son. He was very professional and caring. Took lots of time with us to help figure out our next steps with our son and the court.
I have just witnessed the tone this doctor took in correspondence with a patient. It is inexcusable. He is patronizing and rude.
