Don’t bother calling about the lower priced properties unless you’re an investor with cash. Patricia will just hang up on you. I bet they don’t treat the people calling about the higher priced homes that way. What a shame

Where do I even begin? Please learn from my experience! I engaged Susan Salisbury to be my realtor to sell my home in Grovetown. She works with Blanchard and Calhoun in Evans. There were some updates that needed to be done to the property, including painting, new flooring installed, new faucet, landscaping, and some other minor repairs. Absolutely ridiculous went to the website they have a chat that pops up in the corner you hit chat there's no way to respond to the chat The two homes I was interested in we're not posted at all, but the size in front of the homes clearly stated they had a realtor and you can't find him anywhere on the website
Not to throw shade on the other realtors, but Jacquelyn Perry is hands down the best. If you want a realtor who will drop everything and move when you snap fingers, especially in this market, Jackie P. Is your best choice. She has sold us 3 homes and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the process.
