We contacted the cleaning service for an estimate a couple of weeks ago, and she came out to take a look at the house. We told her exactly what we were looking for with the service and she agreed and we set a price and an appointment date. The day of our scheduled cleaning, she arrived 45 minutes late, brought her supplies into the house, and told me she would be leaving again to pick up a step ladder, that she wouldn't be long. They broke 3 sets of blinds my brand new bathroom scale and our computer mouse and the house WAS NOT clean when they were finished.
