I’ve been ordering cakes from Blancas for about 5 years now. Every time I order I just show a picture of what I want and they make the EXACT same thing but BETTER!!!! The designs, colors, flavors etc. are amazing! I will never go to any other cake shop. No matter the occasion she can do it! Today I picked up my grandmas 80th Birthday cake and literally wanted to cry of how gorgeous it is. I’ve NEVER had a problem here and everything is always made on time. Thank you Blanca and staff.

Yesterday at 5:23 p.m. we called Blanca's cake shop to ask if they can postpone the cake that was already paid for in full to July 7th Alex answered and said your cake hasn't been made yet but I will have the owner call you back. At 7:15 pm Blanca called us back and said your cake had already been made and has been iced. We had pleaded with her that we had just taken my son to the doctor's and he was diagnosed with a virus and had a 103 fever was highly contagious and had to move his party to the following Saturday instead o... read more
