My sister drove from Poteet to get my birthday cake on a Monday. We cut it that same day and it was extremely DRY! I called the next day and was offered a 10-15% discount if I wanted to ever buy from there again. I told the guy that I knew the cake wasn't made fresh that day. The manager confirmed and said they sell what was left from the weekend! Gross and unacceptable.
I ordered a cake for my daughter's 21st birthday yesterday and picked up today. I was told that it was fresh but come to find out that it has mold.
I was pleasantly surprised with my order. First the cake was beautiful and very tasty. My fiance collaborated with staff to create a one of a kind interactive cake. I was very impressed. I will definitely pass on the word and continue doing business with Blanca's Cakes.🎂

My wedding cake was ordered here and although I didn’t have a set idea what I wanted I showed Blanca what I liked and she masterpieced my wedding cake. Taste and appearance were both amazing.
I coordinated a wedding and Blanca did an it was truly amazing job. From decorations, food, bar, and cake my clients enjoyed and we're very pleased with their services. They truly amazed me with their work and expertise. I would truly recommend them to future clients. They can do it all. Great work and I am glad I met you all.
