I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive rates and comprehensive plans they offered.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have been more than patient with them but I have reached the end of my patience. I filed a claim with them about my partner’s car and at first everyone was so accommodating. But when the auto body shop said there would be more repairs needed than originally foreseen everything changed. I understand they wouldn’t cover a previous accident so I told them we just wanted the car back. The worst insurance ever
the ladies up front seemed very arrogant toward one of their coworkers. believe me since they are this way to each other they were no better to me. i’d like to say however the young lady who answered the phone before i came in was wonderful and very helpful… if i could give just one person 5 stars i would but since its the store in general… this was horrible. Honestly, management should be changed if these are the type of woman they are hiring..
