There is no braiding and locing. There is sewing, styling, and ponytails. I love their attention to shampooing and conditioning. They don't rub their fingers tentatively in your hair. They go in and wash your scalp very well. Get all that buildup out. The ladies are also very kind and patient. Tempers are not lost carelessly.
