*UPDATE:this guy responded to the review 5 months after I posted it! That says it all folks!🤣** I called Blanc in the morning with a broken boiler, they took all my info and was assured a 1-3 arrival with a text along the way. I called them a couple times around 3 and no answer. When I finally got ahold of Chris on the "emergency" line he said, "oh. No one put you on the schedule. Maybe we can come tomorrow."
