*UPDATE:this guy responded to the review 5 months after I posted it! That says it all folks!🤣** I called Blanc in the morning with a broken boiler, they took all my info and was assured a 1-3 arrival with a text along the way. I called them a couple times around 3 and no answer. When I finally got ahold of Chris on the "emergency" line he said, "oh. No one put you on the schedule. Maybe we can come tomorrow." Amazing costumer service! They were able to accommodate my last minute appointment and quickly repair my HVAC unit. I'd definitely refer and use them again.
