The desk manager ( sorry I didn't get his name) was great. Now my nail technician was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT story. Energy was HORRIBLE. Very dismissive, a little aggressive and OVERALL ZERO hospitality. The comment that blowed me away is her asking me if I like the work she's done so far and me being hesitant to answer at the moment prompted her to tell me she been doing nails for 6yrs. I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was arrogant and unwelcoming. The nail technician was unfriendly and even rude when I accidentally ruined a nail. Within an hour, the polish smudged and never fully dried. Definitely not worth the visit.
Best nail salon in the CBD
I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half and this is easily the best nail salon in Nola !! When I moved here I went to several different salons and none of them are close to as welcoming and skilled as this place. Sarah especially is an absolute angel <3
I’ve been coming to Blanc beauty bar for 5+ years and have never been disappointed! They offer an exceptional service every time. All the staff are kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
