I’ve tried both locations and had high hopes for this one. I always leave feeling like my total is so much higher than what’s expected but specially-what’s listed online. I came in for an acrylic refill and French tip and paid $85 dollars. (Both places seem to heavily recommend/choose nail polish even after requesting otherwise). Her breakdown of the total (because it wasn’t shown to me at checkout) didn’t match to their prices listed via website. The desk manager ( sorry I didn't get his name) was great. Now my nail technician was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT story. Energy was HORRIBLE. Very dismissive, a little aggressive and OVERALL ZERO hospitality. The comment that blowed me away is her asking me if I like the work she's done so far and me being hesitant to answer at the moment prompted her to tell me she been doing nails for 6yrs. I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was arrogant and unwelcoming. The nail technician was unfriendly and even rude when I accidentally ruined a nail. Within an hour, the polish smudged and never fully dried. Definitely not worth the visit.
Best nail salon in the CBD
I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half and this is easily the best nail salon in Nola !! When I moved here I went to several different salons and none of them are close to as welcoming and skilled as this place. Sarah especially is an absolute angel <3
