My air conditioner stop working ,I call around 9 am and by 11 am the had it going I was told it had a part going bad but it was working right now but might not last long I chose to wait on that part, well it didn't last but another day so I called them back and by lunch Austin and Clayton were back at my house and replaced that part it's working great now they were so nice and respectful didn't charge me another fee for coming I would highly recommend these guys
I’ve called 10+ times for the on call dispatch just to tell me that I would get a call shortly, and they never called! Why pay to have an on call service department that never answers!
Since they have been bought out they suck
Boyd and JD was amazing Boyd talked me through what was going on with my system and made sure I understood everything. Give that man a raise.
Called them at 7:00 when they opened they were here by 7:45 . Austin was awesome. Had our AC unit running within 30 minutes
