Collections department is horrible with negotiating. Had a debt with them and they would not negotiate. If you have a debt with them, keep track of your payments. They had a different balance almost every time after each payment. Once the debt was paid, I had to reach out to them 3 times for a clearance letter. They keep deleting my reviews on their website.
