We have ordered from this company off and on since 2008. Their service has gotten worse over the years. We placed an order in January 2016 via their website, the money was deducted from our account over a month ago and we still have not received our product. Their phones have been disconnected and no email address is listed on their website. I even sent a certified letter asking them to refund our money or send our product. I just now read this previous review and I am very frustrated with this company. We too have ordered from this company for years. Last year it was difficult to get even a confirmation on our order but it did arrive after a period of time. I placed an order through the website two weeks ago and have not received anything. I did not get a confirmation email or response. The number and fax number disconnected.......Beware!!
