The BEST Vet in the Poconos! Blakeslee Animal Clinic Dr. Andrew Church has recently opened his own clinic-congratulations! Dedicated Professionals My four pound poodle needed an emergency spay this past weekend. I called a dozen vets including one I had used for the last 20 years and no one could or would do it on a Saturday. Doctor Church told me to bring her right over! He and his staff waited for me. I was so relieved and went right to his clinic. The staff there was so caring and gentle with my little girl, and he was so kind and explained what he would need to do. Dog killer At first I thought Doctor Church was the greatest. A number of times I brought my golden retriever Heidi to him and I was very concerned about a massive lump on her belly. Doctor Church assured me it was just a fatty tumor and nothing to worry about. after six months of bringing Heidi to him and hearing the same thing Heidi began having a very hard time walking or even trying to stand. The Only Place to Bring Your Pet The first Vet in the Pocono's that really cares about your pet instead of how much money he can make. Dr. Church takes his time with you and your pet and will answer any question you have, not rush you out the door. His waiting room and exam rooms are a great size. My experience.. My mother uses Dr.Church for our dog and when the need arised for my cat to need a vet I knew where to go I did not mind the drive from Bethlehem ( although my cat did )..The staff was so welcoming and caring and Dr.Church spent so much time with us. My cat was diagnoised with diabeties, he explained exactlly what that ment and helped me find the most afforadble solution, not tell me I needed the most expensive. Wonderful Vet and Great Staff! Dr. Church and his staff are excellent! They take great care of our animals that go here. He is always ready and willing to help us and the girls at the office always fit us in when we need a appointment. His rates are amazing too and the care if by far some of the best in his field. He loves rescued animals and it shows in his treatment. Becareful of the mixup Unfortunately alot of people mix this Clinic up with Pocono Lake Animal Hospital. The difference is night and day. Whereas Dr Church is the best in the area, Dr Miller from PLAH is the worst.
JACQUELINE PORDY GWILLIAM There is a special plave in HEAVEN for DR ANDREW CHURCH. We have 13 cats, 1 dog and 1 hamster. I would never take ANY of our animals to anyone other than ANDREW. Right now he has our cat "BEAVER" trying to save her from the inevitable. He is so compasionate, understanding and one hell of a great guy. He has a superior staff for which we are grateful.
