Food was good but an employee named Andres could use some coaching on better customer service skills. He was polite when I first asked him for napkins, but later on when I asked him for more ice, he replied, “I’m busy!” Oh, okay then. But for a Blake’s Lota Burger � I’ll even take being cussed out, so no big deal. �
