Horrible service, the larger ponytail guy proclaimed off the bat that it would be at least a 20 minute wait... others after we’re told 30. The little manager kid jumped in and said that it shouldn’t take that long and started working on the food. Instead of trying to decrease the time, ponytail guy stood around and appeared not to help but taunt the other guy that he wouldn’t be able to make it faster. Had the green chili cheeseburger not only was it delicious but it looked like something you see in The commercials or advertisements. Great burger very fresh and very juicy. Not what you expect from a fast food place. The staff was very professional and informative of what I was ordering. I’ll definitely be back again
It would great to have enough staff to be able to serve customers. In addition guests who are trying to place phone orders need to be able to get through with out a constant busy signal. Staff admitted that they had forgotten to take calls off hold and as a result the phone was busy for 4 hours. Also, if the soda fountain is not working properly let guests know in advance rather than the guest questioning why there is no carbonation.
