I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. The phone was just placed on the counter and while I could hear all their gossip and going ons. I even heard Michael walk in tell them there was an order called in from me and the girl behind the counter said “no order has been called in” ....the girl came back to the phone was stupid enough to say “let me find out who left you on hold”. #blakeslotaburgerinalamogordohasterriblecustomerservice will get no more business from me as they have extremely poor customer service ���
Burgers were burnt and buns were hard as a rock. We were the last people there and our food took way too long and the orders were wrong.
Didn’t put green chili on the jumbo dog my son ordered, paid extra for it. My dad said something and the lady said she was sorry and would let whoever know..still didn’t give us the chili or $ back, we’re talking 50 cents..still. My burger was amazing as always. �

Great chili cheese burger; spicy, not mild. Get a milkshake to go with it if you are afraid of heat.
Dear Blake's: I am a fan, however sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes before paying, only to be told to pull up so they could deliver my order is irritating. What is more irritating is getting ice cold food when it's brought out. Why? $17 for two burgers, fries and drinks, my burger should be piping hot and I shouldn't have to microwave them. I live less than a mile from the Speedway location, it shouldn't have been cold. Why was it cold?
