My parents and I always call our order in and mainly because I don’t like certain items on a hamburger. No lettuce, no onion and they can’t even get that right. Lisa the young lady at the counter took about 2 mins realizing I was even there standing in front of her and I was behind another customer. RecommendedStopped in on our way out of town ordered breakfast. I grew up with Blake's in Az. so the food is always great but at this location. The Restaurant Manager needs to have a talk with The Assistant Manager Jennifer. Jennifer is extremely rude. If it is a bother for her to answer questions and be helpful than she should find another line of work. Recommendedcoming from Wisconsin I've never seen a Blakes. We tried 2 different restaurants in the Las Cruces area. I hereby declare Blakes to be my new favorite burger place. The food is great, the restaurant is clean, and the help is extremely friendly.
I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 regular burgers and didn't get an apology and they got my order wrong. if u want fast food that's actually fast, dont go
