The burgers were uncooked and bloody red still. Such a disappointing experience.

The food was good when we finally got it. We placed our order, got our drinks and waited, and waited until we had to go to the counter and ask and our food had been bagged and ready but never offered and was still missing an order of fries which we again had to wait for.
This place is typically hit or miss. Most time it's a miss. We ordered some chili bowls for lunch on this colder day and our chili bowls were cold. It's so ridiculous.

Ordered online at 11:55, pick up time at 12:13. Waited for 15 minutes after pick up time to even be acknowledged in store, then waited another 20 to get food. Pretty sure they gave my order to someone else, even though they "confirmed" that it was his, because that person went to his car then came back in looking pissed off and had to wait even longer than I did. Employees were doing a lotta walking around aimlessly and not a whole lotta customer service. One star for an okay burger that took WAY too long.

me and my sister were passing through and an employee stood my sister's iphone 11 .the reason we no is cause they answered by accident .
