Actually negative 2 ☆☆ Called in my order was confirmed by a young woman 10-15 mins went to get it and the woman was closing with no trace of my order. She said it would take 30mins. But she was closing. Her coworker left with a big bag of food but none for me. Disappointment doesn't come close
The burger is great; however, the service is super slow. I waited 30 minutes to get my burger and fries. While waiting, I overhead another customer asking for his order that he had called in for pick-up, and the workers couldn't find it. That customer walked away with no food. This place needs better management.
This location is the worst in NM
We've tried this location twice. Waited in line 30 minutes the first time for a so-so burger. Gave them a second chance and placed an online hour...waited in line AGAIN for about 30 mins to discover they didn't have the order. We wont be back.
