Horrible service, the larger ponytail guy proclaimed off the bat that it would be at least a 20 minute wait... others after we’re told 30. The little manager kid jumped in and said that it shouldn’t take that long and started working on the food. Instead of trying to decrease the time, ponytail guy stood around and appeared not to help but taunt the other guy that he wouldn’t be able to make it faster. Got both my orders wrong, even though the ticket was correct. The staff was insincere and abrasive, and the sweet tea sucked.

Whose idea is it to put several untrained employees on the same shift? Waited in drive through over 10 minutes, one car ahead of me. I finally backed up and went inside...A few employees scrambling, others wandering around with drinks in their hands, and most standing waiting to be told what to do. Customers lined up waiting. Some finally just left. I dodged to the front (because the cashier wasn't sure what to do) and told them to cancel the milkshake I had ordered in drive through, I couldn't wait any longer. Disgusting, dirty, uncourteous, and unsanitary. Wonder why the Environmental Dept has kept it open, wondering why the District Manager hasn't done anything about their store. Hope improvement happens soon...
