Fact based review here. Poor customer service by their manager. Zero follow up for ongoing work order that was never resolved. Had to take my car there 3 times, pay more money for additional labor and order additional parts on the last appointment due to the improper initial installation of parts. Will not return, this is the third instance of disappointment for me at this shop and as someone with a mechanical background I have zero faith in the services provided.
