I waited almost a month for the appointment for my car. I told them from the beginning that it must be an electronic problem and that it has nothing to do with the key. I brought the car in at 8am and they told me they would call me when it was ready. I called them at 1pm and was told my car was next in line. No one called me so I called three times at 4:30 until I reached someone. They couldn't tell me what the problem was. They assume it's the key, which it's definitely not the problem!
