We have been loyal customers of Blakeman Propane in Cody for 20 years, but our recent experience was the worst we’ve ever had. The only reason Blakeman even came out this year was because I had a water leak and needed to dig. I asked them to help locate my propane line so we could safely do the work. They told me it wasn’t possible to locate it because it had no tracer. I had to have my tank installed on the same day my stove was to be installed. Blakeman was on time, put the tank right where I wanted it, and came back later in the day to do the pressure tests, etc., required to be sure everything was hooked up properly and safely. They also made sure I knew where the safety shutoff was. Bill and Eric were great.
