Horrible business. No one answers the phone so you have to use email to contact anyone, which took days to get a response. Only got a response after paying for a unit that was locked. They informed me they then turned around and gave my already paid for unit to someone else the next day who didn't know how to use the kiosk. You are better off paying the extra to use a real storage place. Absolutely disgusting company to give your hard earned money to. If I could do negative stars I would!!!
I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK…. BUT DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT A UNIT AT THE KIOSK AT THIS TIME!!(SEPTEMBER 2022) IT IS NOT PROCESSING ANY PAYMENT, INCLUDING CASH, AND JUST KICKS YOU BACK OUT! THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT HAVE ANYONE ANSWER (IT WAS 4:40PM)! I HAVE EMAILED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL… AGAIN, DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT THIS TIME!!! I THANKFULLY TOOK A PHOTO OF THE SCREEN WHEN I PUT THE CASH IN AND A PHOTO OF THE SCREEN WHEN IT SAID IT WAS CHECKING ME IN!!!!
