Wish I could leave negative stars.. absolutely worst facility even worse ran paid for a unit for it to still be locked no one to contact besides some automated text line if you want an honest review spend the extra $$ to get an actual ran properly place!
Had my unit broken into and it was difficult to get any help from management… owners helped but I still loss a ton of money. I hope they atleast learned from the experience…
Horrible business. No one answers the phone so you have to use email to contact anyone, which took days to get a response. Only got a response after paying for a unit that was locked. They informed me they then turned around and gave my already paid for unit to someone else the next day who didn't know how to use the kiosk. You are better off paying the extra to use a real storage place. Absolutely disgusting company to give your hard earned money to. If I could do negative stars I would!!!
