I tried to make an appointment twice and neither of them ever happened. The first time there was a snow storm and although no one tried to inform me that the appointment was cancelled, I understood why. I was instructed to reschedule instead with the earliest appointment being a month later. For the second appointment, I went to check the address again to find out they are closed.
