It is rare for a realtor to positively rate another realtor, but I have no choice. Blake was so easy to work with. I can even reach out now after we’ve completed the deal to further help my client. This is not an agent that gets paid and runs away like most agents in Los Angeles, rather, Blake is an agent who truly cares about what he does and that is his edge! If I could do every deal with Blake, I would.

Blake is absolutely the best of the best. He's super personable, easy to talk to, patient and truly listens to you when you bring up the various things you want to find in a home. He was always sending great suggestions my way and I could tell he really wanted me to find a place that fit my needs and my personality. Could not recommend this guy enough!

Blake is an amazing agent. He is extremely detailed, proactive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. After years of property investment transactions, I can say I have never had as positive of an experience as I did with Mr. Blake Stargel. I had four property experiences with him and he will be an agent for life- so grateful.

Blake was an absolute pleasure to work with. Of his many strengths, I would count his preparedness among the top. I fell in love with a property very soon after meeting him and he was able to quickly work with the listing team to get an offer approved. His attention to detail extended through the escrow period and beyond after I had taken possession of the new home.
