Blake was great to work with! He was the listing agent and I represented the buyer. Communication throughout the transaction was excellent — we both accommodated each other when needed, stayed on top of deadlines, and successfully closed on time. I was hired by the branch manager here Cynthia Anderson to do work on her personal house she is selling. I completed all the work in our signed contract and then she wanted additional work performed for free because her words " she assumed i would do it for free". She then constantly gave me a back and forth with her husband and neither would talk to me together they just kept saying talk to the other one.
