Blake and Susan helped me and my husband sell and buy multiple homes throughout the years of knowing them both. This is never easy and tons of hoops to jump through. My mother lived in her house for 34 years and the Zillow zestimate was artificially low because of it. We interviewed 2 other agents who both suggested we try to sell it for the zillow zestimate. I knew it was worth much more and we interviewed Blake and he agreed. He did a spectacular job marketing the house and we closed at almost 100K above the original zestimate. Be careful of ignorant real estate agents, Blake really knows his stuff!
