Blake and his team were so professional and efficient from start to finish. Amazing job and always there to answer any and all questions we had. Still can't believe how quickly we were able to sell our house and for what we were asking for. I gave them 5 stars because that's all I was allowed to. A million out of a million!

Blake and Susan helped me and my husband sell and buy multiple homes throughout the years of knowing them both. This is never easy and tons of hoops to jump through. But they made it painless and super easy. For selling they helped us stage/prepare the home for photos. The photos were so amazing (like who wouldn’t buy our home!). My mother lived in her house for 34 years and the Zillow zestimate was artificially low because of it. We interviewed 2 other agents who both suggested we try to sell it for the zillow zestimate. I knew it was worth much more and we interviewed Blake and he agreed. He did a spectacular job marketing the house and we closed at almost 100K above the original zestimate. Be careful of ignorant real estate agents, Blake really knows his stuff!
