Shoddy work, poor communication, zero accountability. It’s always someone else’s fault, according to Blake. I have a legal judgment (breach of contract) against him and he refuses to pay the ordered damages. Instead, he dissolved his company in order to avoid his obligations. Blake Shaw cannot be trusted. He’s currently being sued by two other homeowners on same fact pattern as mine. Blake Shaw should have his GC license revoked.
