Blake was top-notch. We contacted him in May and he advised us on what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. It was a difficult family eviction and he pointed us to junk removal services and home repair guys. Then he came right away in December when we had the house ready to list. Got it on the market in a few days and thankfully it had 36 showings and sold in two weeks. He was knowledgeable and consistently in contact.
