Very professional and Excellent service
Blake did an outstanding job of navigating me thought the home buying process during this highly competitive home buying market of multiple offers and homes selling over asking price. Blake’s knowledge of the housing market and the area where instrumental in finding and securing the perfect house for me. Without Blakes expertise, I would probably still be shopping for a house vs unpacking in my new home.
I can’t say enough about how great Blake has been through our home buying experience. He has many years of experience and knows a ton of people in the Pinellas Co area (other real estate agents, inspectors, local mortgage brokers, the list goes on). Blake has been truly amazing through our entire home buying experience. He has been by our side through each step of the process with extremely helpful insight that only someone with his vast experience would have. I honestly thought I worked with good realtors before, but Blake completely set the bar and is the new standard.
