Overall I am satisfied with the service that w have received. I would recommend this company to others that understand the importance of paying rent on time, taking care of the property and are seeking a quality rental home.
Both Christi and property owners are always very responsive to questions or maintenance issues and always make me feel like a valued tenant. I couldnt be happier.
CROOKS! plain and simple...as a former owner who used them, they were THE worst...tripled normal charges and had to use their "personnel" to do maintenance or fix things and then took out of rent i was due, they make their own invoices they claim are from others and rip off owners AND tenants equally....STAY the HECK away...Mr. Blake tries to offer services and prices to get things done through other contractors so he can skim and take money....only in mafia movies have I seen such a thing. Stay away! This management group does the bare minimum in terms of maintenance and upkeep, and then claims your entire security deposit for erroneous charges. There are plenty of other landlords in Richmond, VA, and you should avoid Blake Management at all costs. They do a poor job of maintaining their properties and then attempt to use security deposits to handle routine between-tenant maintenance. Not to mention the religious propaganda they include in their correspondence. Do not give them your business.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, RUDEST PEOPLE EVER – Blake Management Group is THE WORST management company I've EVER experienced. They will do anything to squeeze every single little dime from you as possible. During the first few months of our stay, everything was great. We thought that our landlords were nice people.
