Dr Troiani is warm and engaging. He listens to any concerns I have had and addresses them compassionately and professionally. He is very thorough and has gained my trust and gratitude over the years for his expertise.
This was one of the worst experiences I ever had with a doctor. He walked in the room with arrogance and rudeness. Refused to answer my questions. He talked down to me. Maybe because I am visibly Muslim, I am not sure, but he was obviously very hateful in his communication. I will never return or recommend him to anyone!
After my dermatologist of 20 some years retired, I’ve been searching for a replacement. I’ve had a dark spot on my face from sun damage and the last three docs I’ve been to have blown off my concerns about it . I visited Dr Troiani after being referred by a friend and am forever grateful. I was actually surprised at being taken seriously. Dr. Blake is hands down the BEST! He takes his time and is very patient. I’ve been going to him for a rather personal reason, and I’m always comfortable with him. He always answer my questions, is very clear on his treatment plans, and even asks if there is another issue that he can look into. Incredibly smart and kind. A tad affectionate which I think is super sweet! His staff are very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help any way they can. This is probably the nicest Dr office I’ve ever been to.
My Dermatologist (Dr. Tobin), who I loved and respected, Retired this year to Arizona. I was tasked with choosing a new MD to have my bi-yearly derm exams. After researching the field, I chose Dr. Troiani, from Pinnacle Dermatology at the Frankfort Office. I got so lucky!
