I have been seeing Dr. Bourgoyne since July 25, 2024. I’ll admit that this was my first time seeing a psychiatrist as an adult and I was very nervous, scared, shy, timid, anxious, etc. I was filling out my form for him waiting to be called to the back and my mind is racing in several different directions.
