Submitted an application for a one bedroom apartment paying $40 and with a credit score almost 700 was told that I did not qualify, my score was too low. Upon calling I was told by Mona that the credit has to be 700. I was given Jimmy's cell # and asked why this was not disclosed, they said the owners are in control of the credit application. We stayed here a few years back. It is a nice cozy well maintained apartment. The management - Jimmy and Mona are great. It is the only apartment that I know of in the area that allows you to break your lease if you move for a new job or if you buy a house.
When I moved in, the floor was super dirty, but when I left I got charged for not cleaning the floors.
