Had 2 set appointments for service on an in wall a/c unit for our disabled daughter. Time was specified as another person had to be there. Wife drove 1 1/2 to be there. No show by tech with no phone call. Called office and was told tech called and was trying to get another tech. Wife never received a call. Very unprofessional. Canceled service with company and requested prepaid payment back. Received call from tech late afternoon to reschedule next day. Funny that call came through but not the first!!!

Classic scam. They take your money then cancel the day of. That's if they even call you to cancel. Edit: now they claim they have no record of an appointment!
