Dr Hatfield and his staff are always friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. I try to arrive a bit early, as they often have paperwork with which to attend. CREATE & BRING NOTES WITH YOU TO YOUR APPT, then make and/or take notes (or bring a friend to take notes for you) during the visit. Although never rushed, the appt often progresses quickly, and I sometimes forget questions I need to ask.
Dr. Hatfield has been great. He’s always punctual and kind. He’s a good listener. The staff is good too. Always in a good mood and courteous.
