Excellent doctor, if only his staff/hospital employees would help him report accurate information, someone decided to alter Dr Hatfield script forcing me to take more than prescribed making me violently ill, stop sending me harassing messages/calls on my chart, acting like the doctor, the messages seem to be hidden but I’ll be able to access them via email then to link, to message and forcing me to claim ailments, I do not have on my chart, When I sign in to the doctor office, and calling me derogatory names, I get screen sh... read more
